Roar Essence is born from a simple but persistent need: to create a space where reflection is not a luxury, but a practice. Where complexity is welcomed.
Where identity, purpose, and belonging can be explored without judgement.
As a Chartered Civil Engineer, a mother and an advocate for an inclusive and fairer world, I’ve spent years navigating spaces where voices like mine are often expected to be quiet, grateful or small.
